We are featuring five locations on the 2024 Overbrook Holiday Parade of Homes.
The featured properties on this year’s tour include:
404 Walnut Street, the old Methodist Church parsonage that is currently being renovated by Cheryl Miller
401 Oak Street, one of the first homes built in town, which was recently purchased by Jan and Jerry Mason
307 Main Street, the downtown storefront that will open next year as a bakery owned by Jon and Joanna Brady
401 Cedar Street, the large Victorian home owned by Peggy Waldman
15779 S. Pauline Road - the Colson family farm owned by Steve and Rae Colson. The property suffered damage to out buildings during the EF-1 tornado that touched down near Overbrook last April. The family has completed repairs and a renovation.
